Why was "an overseas foreign minister" meeting with Winston Peters in Auckland earlier this week? Why did that foreign minister say "he wanted to see" Winston Peters?

He's not even in government yet. The old government is still The Government so Peters has no official capacity, as I understand it. Will there be transparency about this meeting, its participants and purpose?

@benchaotica TBH if I was a foreign Minister from another country who had known Peters when he was a government Minister, I'd reach out to him too. Potentially a very useful contact and perhaps able to advocate for other interests in future if he chose.
