The filing notes that earlier today a defense attorney for Harrison Floyd sent an email saying "It was Harrison Floyd's team." Floyd's attorney then followed up saying that was a typo.

Sorry, I disagree. There has not been much judicial movement. People are seeing the unfairness. The justice system has nothing new to offer, just falls back on the status quo. Nothing so far has been a real punishment. I know what I see. Excuses.
I find his state of mind irrelevant.
