Colorado Carol 🌻@maxkennerly Yes, among other things on ballots in Colorado are extremely important school board elections with candidates who want to ban books and eliminate history classes that teach facts that are uncomfortable to them. You have to do a little digging to be sure you're not voting for these people. Check endorsements by Colorado Education Assn., trusted state reps, etc. Newspaper articles and candidate websites don't always provide the info you need, IMO, but they do offer some clues.
