@NPaul Honestly it was so subtle, I don’t know if I *love* natto, but I’ll certainly never again avoid a dish because it is an ingredient.
Zoltan Gramantik@ihorner breakfast or dinner? It's been a while since I made japanese breakfast. We tend to have it for dinner instead. I've never actually tried natto, not sure I can source it here and I've certainly never tried making it.
@gramantik It's probably not worth spending too much time seeking out, and given the production process, I'm not sure you'd want to try making your own without knowing what it's supposed to come out like. Stellar looking grilled fish though!
