In this talk, you will learn how creating a simple low-code system can drastically improve your iteration speed, regardless of your team setup or tech stack. Together with Vidu you will take a holistic look at the app development process and explore how systematizing a few key areas can enhance your team’s cycle time. Then, he will show you how adding a simple low-code layer to your system will enable even non-developers to make changes to the app and ship them to your users instantly. This is an interdisciplinary talk designed for Product Managers, Designers, and Developers alike. Vidu is a veteran of the app development industry.
