Original post:

👀 Via Joyce Vance:

Jenna Ellis was my pick to be next & now, word she's pleading: As a former deputy district attorney in Colorado, Ellis should know that Powell’s plea signals trouble for her..Ellis has to be concerned that Powell will testify against her, and that others may beat her to Fani Willis’/Jack Smith’s door if she doesn’t get a move on. #Georgia #TrumpIndictment #legal

ELLIS, crying as she speaks, is addressing the court.

"I believed that challenging the results on behalf of President Trump shoudl be pursued in a just and legal way."

She said she "relied on others" to give her evidence of election fraud.

6/ Via Hallerman:

For those asking: Ellis has pleaded guilty to a felony under Georgia law.

Chesebro also took a felony.

Powell and Hall pleaded guilty to misdemeanors

Like the three others who have pled, Ellis's crime is not considered one of "moral turpitude," prosecutors clarified.

In other words, Ellis might be able to keep her law license. That will be up to leaders in her home state.

@GottaLaff

Somebody better have some Goddamned moral turpitude.
