all fossil fuel companies, with their massive oil spills,
the UK state for dumping munitions in the sea off Scotland and polluting a Scottish island with anthrax,
Volkswagen, who lied about emissions from their vehicles,
all the private English water companies who dump effluent in rivers and the sea.
Etc, etc
