@anne_twain @BrentToderian I was going to comment about dude in the photo biking while on his phone. I watched a guy wipe out on the Brooklyn Br bikepath last week because he was FaceTiming (or whatever Android calls it), had only one hand on the handle bars, and was otherwise not watching what he was doing.
@roadskater @BrentToderian Where I live cyclists are allowed to ride on footpaths and its scary enough to be a pedestrian when theyre looking where they're going.😳
