Friendly reminder to not buy Meta/Facebook/Oculus VR headsets. Their headsets have become increasingly uncomfortable as time goes on, their long term support stops when the next headset is announced, and their actual support staff is so efficient they'll close the ticket after the first email without doing anything useful. #Meta #MetaQuest #MetaQuest2 #MetaQuest3 #Facebook #Oculus #VR #ImJustRealFuckingPissedRightNow

While this seems like it's doctored or taken out of context (which it is slightly), the editing was just me clipping out identifying info (i.e. my name, support guy's name) and the context is this is attempt 2 to get support after attempt 1 took several days of going back and forth for him to come to the same conclusion without doing anything useful, and telling me to talk to my IT department or network administrator to get my issue fixed.
