@mishi @ZekuZelalem @dsfgs @holyramenempire CloudFlare started a a Content Delivery Network that offered a free tier, but has branched into a ton of different areas, sorta Google-like. A lot of privacy advocates have issues with the company.

Good summation. One difference between G'gle and #CloudFlare is #legacyMedia and even #alternativeMedia are not talking about Cloud(G)lare.

Meanwhile they swallow up the internet, with 50% of the world's top million websites MITM'd by Cloud(G)lare alone, ie. not counting Akamai and Amazon CloudFront.

On a Firefox-style browser like #TorBrowser, hit Ctrl+Shift+E, load a site, click a fetched item, check for "server: cloudflare", amz or Akamai.

For those who use linux there is a Digital Feudalism Counter Action (#DFCA) firewall you can use, which makes checking for Cloud(G)lare, and other antitrust violators, easier.

Website for DFCA:

dfca

Stop waiting for politicians to enforce antitrust. Digital Feudalism Counter Action (DFCA Antitrust Law) blocks Google, Amazon, Facebook, Cloudflare, Apple, Oracle, Akamai, Alibaba, Tencent, Musk and Microsoft, with a popup when a program tries to contact them.
