Frank James used a smoke bomb forcing people to move to the back of a subway train

Then he started shooting

He shot 10 people—miraculously they all survived

James posted videos on YouTube talking about mass shootings
He had 12 prior arrests for a criminal sex act, theft and disorderly conduct

But because James had no prior felony convictions—he was able to purchase a gun

He just received 10 life terms plus 10 years

But this doesn’t fix the problem:

it’s the guns.

@flexghost It's a pity that they couldn't just erase this type of garbage...

Our tax dollars will be used to house this piece of sh*t...

@customer228 we have to wonder why our country is the only industrialized nation with this issue… Yes, this man is evil, but there are many like him because this country literally makes them and gives them what they need to carry out the most heinous acts

@flexghost New York already has a red flag law. This guy could have been legally stopped. The police and courts are not using the laws that already exist.

This is the case almost every time someone pops off - they gave plenty of warning and laws already existed that could have been used to stop them, but weren't.

This is also true of the recent stabby incident. That guy had given plenty of warnings, why was he on the loose?

@flexghost Removing guns doesn’t stop killiers from being killers. Change how we treat people in society and how they treat others. Education and empathy are better.
