ColossalChicago-based designer Nicholas Rougeux is fascinated by early encyclopedic publications, and most recently, he took an interest in ornithologist John Gould’s 'A Monograph of the Trochilidæ, or Family of Humming-Birds," restoring hundreds of the 19th-century illustrations.
