Connor Crowley@Alon are you aware if highway lane costs in the USA cost atrocious as rail? I presume there is a multiple but is it as dramatic? At a minimum the DOTs must have a greater level of in house competency for road building.
Alon@ConnorC Highway tunnels are so expensive the US barely builds them by European standards. Lanes are harder to compare at large N; other people have done this internally, like Brooks-Liscow, but not internationally.
