anyone here knows why jitsi requires you to sign up to moderate a meeting and does not allow to sign up with email?!

You could host your own jitsi server or use another like https://meet.waag.org/ or https://meetme.bit.nl/ for example.

@artelse @dosch wel een klein beetje jammer dat je op die pagina eerst zo’n onnodige cookie-keuzeding krijgt. Doe gewoon geen tracking cookies.
