We can't have civil rights protests like they do in other countries, because in the US, we brutalize and kill our civil rights protesters. 🤷🏿‍♂️

The net result of the largest peaceful protest in US history, is that elected officials, including Dems:

* addressed absolutely none of the structural problems being protested
* increased funding for the police. Increased! Over and above what the police even asked for

So yeah, Black folk get touchy when it's suggested that we don't protest as hard as people in Europe do. We do. And we do it peacefully. And we get killed for it. And nothing changes.

Aubreanna Inda went to a non-violent protest. Cops shot her in the chest with a flash grenade from less than 25 feet away, stopping her heart. When street medics tried to restart her heart, they shot flash grenades directly at the medics too.
