Actually this is my tenth rodeo I just refuse to learn things
@ElleGray It's as easy as falling off a horse. Don't worry the ground will break your fall.
@JohnLoader6 @ElleGray No matter how many times you fall, the ground is always willing to catch you. Inspirational, really.

@swiftone @JohnLoader6 @ElleGray

I did one of those trust building exercises once, where you fall backwards and people catch you.

They didn't catch me and I cut my head open on the sharp corner of a square wooden chair leg.

I suppose I am grateful for the ground's support as I lay dazed and bleeding.

#UnintentionalLessons

@pete @swiftone @ElleGray I hate to think what that did to your trust in human nature. I apologise for smiling at your post. My wife used to work for one of those training companies that used group games. They were always successful but nobody died. Perhaps the odd bruise from fingers around the throat though

@JohnLoader6 @swiftone @ElleGray

I'm glad you smiled. I wrote it to be funny.

I think it made me question #authority and groups being expected to do things just because they have to fit in. I was perhaps 20 at the time, part of highly #religious institutions, and probably already on a path of disenchantment that took another 30 years to finally break the ties to the underlying lie.

@ElleGray I can't tell you how many turnip trucks I've fallen off of.
