A project I'm working on involves tagging friends with a term of endearment (like PAL, SIB, etc).

I'd like to be as inclusive as possible, can you recommend any terms (7-letters or less)?

Bonus points for any non-US terms, especially if they are gender inclusive (what does LGBTQ+ community use in spanish? etc).

They all must fit the grammar format: "Your [PAL] Zach did [x]”

Is a good assumption as for example "presidente" means president (yeah not hard) and can be used for females but Spanish is veery gendered. Retaking the example there exists "presidenta" which refers specifically to female president.
There has been the recent trend to replace the common gendered letter o for males and a for females by e to "remove" the gender ex: chicos (boys) chicas (girls) chiques (juveniles? non gendered) but despite of what some would tell you it didn't catch on widespread use.

First 2 are easy third means wanker. Also there is Botija which gives away my country since is an exclusive Uruguayan word. Even if it ends with a is non gendered.

Means comrade and is non gendered even by having a. Despite the commie jokes of the 90s is Spanish is commonly used to describe a person of esteem which you share history. I haven't heard many females use it but it's perfectly applicable.
