Corporate media is failing us over, and over, and over again.

@QasimRashid Let’s postulate that there are still journalists who care and have values. How do we arrange for them to earn a living doing that? Scattering to the corners of the web is not efficient. We could create economies of scale by starting a journalism coop. Consumers of its products could become part owners. We would have to pay something for access. The coop would hire journalists and editors to represent the reader/owners. How about it? And does that already exist by another name?
