HELP PLEASE! (This is important - a boost would appreciated - I’m trying to prove a point with a company who won’t apologise!)

If an airport lounge advertises “hot and cold food” what would you assume?

@rob My perspective is it's a perk that required me to have paid them quite a bit of cash and they can goddamn come up with a proper and sensible set of amenities and not cheap out.

Croissants should be served warm, with confiture d’apricot. Anything else is just wrong. Scones should be warmed too. The operator of this lounge should be sent back to catering school.
