@RobWeldon Less cruel than the cages that they're usually in, I'd say. At least he's getting a chance to SEE the world, if not experience it.

@RobWeldon There's also the possibility they're an emotional support bird. They get to see the world a bit more than stuck at home. I know someone who trains birds for this.
