HELP PLEASE! (This is important - a boost would appreciated - I’m trying to prove a point with a company who won’t apologise!)

If an airport lounge advertises “hot and cold food” what would you assume?

@rob I would not be surprised not to have hot food in the middle of the night though, unless specified otherwise (or maybe microwaveable things for the night). I could also see a single hot item in a *technically correct* kind of way, although that would be a negative.

@just_chill This was 8.30am. The lounge closes at 11pm so no need to worry about late night stuff.
