@mattrobertson I have had to spend a lot of time talking to Telstra lately. Every time they want full name and date of birth, even although they have sufficient information to identify me. It was very annoying. I think that if you have logged on, and started a chat, you surely have already been identified? You also have to wonder about how valid this is with all the leaks recently. It seems that step 1 in every interaction is getting this information. I had a complaint closed because I refused to supply this, yet again! Anyway I about to be a previous Telstra customer.
