Half buried sheds, ideally covered in a small amount of dirt (not enough to bury you), will provide reasonable protection from all but a direct hit. Preferably a rounded steal arch roof. Not as good as reinforced concrete. But if you are turned away from a #shelter by Russia, will do in a pinch. Britain 🇬🇧 built them in gardens in WWII. This is not professional advice, just an FYI.
