was told before my #fuckCancer surgery to not worry about turning into a smurf. the skin may turn blue at the spot of the incision.

i was like, LOLWUT. they also said i could be peeing blue for a few days.

they were not joking

haven't turned into a smurf yet ―after all, the surgery was today― but can't decide if the hue was more Curaçao liqueur or blue icy pop
