Attached: 4 images Finally had a meal at Tōka Saikan, the Chinese restaurant in the Spanish Baroque building on Shijo bridge, built in 1926. This is where the oldest elevator in Japan is. From the rooftop you can see construction has started on the riverside patios for the summer. #Kyoto #history #japan #architecture
