I did an online Migrateful vegetarian cookery course today via Zoom. A Nepalese egg curry with a side salad for our evening meal. Now to do the washing up. The kitchen looks as though a bomb has hit it! #nepalese #migrateful #curry #vegetarian #eggcurry #salad

Here’s the recipe! But there is a lot of lemon juice, chillies, fenugreek, oil and finely ground roasted sesame seeds.
