I’m so excited to work out here. My main focuses:

- Share my internal overview of ITSM product space (user journey map, capabilities checklist)
- Complete my #TeamTopologies of that stack
- Eat more dosas and find a good chai

Stretch goal:
- Figure out a great one-pager product overview template
- Finish my #ProductManager assessment spreadsheet

It’s going to be a fun couple of weeks
