X bye.

@RonBeavis

Well dang, there it is. @UCDProteomics was talking about the years of knowledge we’d stop being able to search, and I think I just felt a giant lurch in twitter proteomics with your departure.

Let me just say thank you for being one of the early reasons (c2018 I think for me) that science twitter worked for me. Every day felt like a giant conference yet I could also ask dumb questions and find awesome answers.

@neely @RonBeavis @UCDProteomics

I really did want to compile your years of tweets on PRIDE data sets. Still do tbh. I think it would be genuinely worthwhile.

@norsivaeb tweets

@RonBeavis @neely Ugg I think I missed the boat on getting all my info out of xitter . Serioulsy is it too late ?

@UCDProteomics @RonBeavis @neely

… and do the exports get the comments where you’re mentioned? There were some great threads and if the export is one-sided, that will stink.

@neely @UCDProteomics The exports only contain things you added to the platform: it doesn't include the contributions of others.
@UCDProteomics @RonBeavis @neely Brett, it looks like getting an archive of your tweets is still working if you still have your twitter account.
@pwilmart @RonBeavis @neely I’ll check it out today . Thanks !!
@UCDProteomics @pwilmart @RonBeavis @neely I archived but then when it said the download was ready it gave an error 🤔
