On Day 10 of doing ~7k steps a day of walking. About 3.5ish miles.

I bumped up to this after about 5 weeks of doing 3-4k, and it has just been murder on my feet and knees, esp. the last 2 days.

Anyone else deal with this sort of thing while trying to lose weight?

@antonhand Absolutely yes. Feet, knees, hips; it moved around. The thing that fixes it for me is to do a set of deliberate stretches before I start. Nothing intense, just warming and loosening.
