On Day 10 of doing ~7k steps a day of walking. About 3.5ish miles.

I bumped up to this after about 5 weeks of doing 3-4k, and it has just been murder on my feet and knees, esp. the last 2 days.

Anyone else deal with this sort of thing while trying to lose weight?

Like this has happened to me before. 2 miles a day seems fine, sustainable in a way where the condition of my legs doesn't really deteriorate, but 3.5 a day and I feel like I'm in a losing battle, bit by bit each day. More pain, more soreness each day. Not sure what to do.
