@exitcode @homeassistant they said on the live stream that the SD card slot is used to essentially flash the eMMC - and that is part of their sustainability goal. When you outgrow Green, you can repurpose it to run something else instead of throwing it away.

@exitcode @homeassistant I'm sure it's possible. use the microsd to boot and then it looks like a pretty simple rk3566 board.
