Canada / for me:
Web store was down till 5:20 PST.
App worked from 5:08 onwards, hung up a few times, lost my pre-order, and ended up changing a delivery window from 22 to early October after time outs.

But!:
Local pick up was still available for sept 22, and so my order's placed and I'm excited!
