I am on my way to #Ireland and I cannot wait. Pending question: Can I not check my work email for 2 weeks?

How do other people do it.

@jackiegardina It will be OK. Don't check your e-mail...be in the moment as much as you can!
@jackiegardina It’s me, your work. It’s okay, I’ll take a break too.
@jackiegardina Just set up an auto-reply that says "Lol nah." Not only does it make people think you're reading their emails in a timely fashion, but they'll appreciate your assertive approach to decision-making.
@jackiegardina if you figure it out, let me know your secret. And safe travels. :)
@Colarusso Thank you! I’ll let you know how it goes.
@jackiegardina Get a virtual SIM from Airilo. Use it to get around #Ireland and don't check email.
@jackiegardina Just set that away message and forget it! And build in a day to look through it all when you get back. Trip sounds amazing and will refresh your brain. Have a blast!

@jackiegardina

If you're a US T-Mobile customer, you get low speed data when travelling in Europe - enough for emails and GPS/maps. If you're not, and if you don't have an eSIM capable phone, then you just drop into a Tesco after you arrive, and get a SIM for €15 for 30 days - make sure you phone is unlocked.

@jackiegardina Think of it as a trial run for when you retire. When that happens you will not check your work email … checks notes … ever again.
@amart That sounds amazing. Is it true?
