#Steam's policy has generally been 'if you bought it, you can keep it' even if a Dev pulls the game after a while.
But that will need to change now, as this can still cause #unity to come knocking after it gets 'abandoned' (for whatever reason).
Steam will start disabling games that have been abandoned by their devs very soon. Otherwise they may be liable. Historic evidence predicts that they will err on the side of caution (like google's DMCA policies). Or yeah 'the side with the lawyers'
