Do I have any Dutch #vegan friends on here? I'm going to be in The #Netherlands for the first time soon, with a few days of exploring potentially in Amsterdam and maybe Rotterdam and Eindhoven. Are there any vegan restaurants which I can take my omnivore friends to and blow their minds?

I'll be using HappyCow anyway, but I'd love to hear any personal recommendations!
