Go easy on him, Fani, I suspect some half naked wrestler dislodged his cerebellum during a particularly “rough” match (I’ve seen a few of his committee hearings and Daddy Jim obviously likes it “rough”) or maybe it happened when he slipped in the shower. Either way, go slow and avoid multisyllabic words like “predicate” and such…he is a Republican after all!
