Orange ape refocused the brand core to fascist values. In that sense, something has changed.
OTOH, these values have been there in the GOP 30 years ago, just less in their mainstream. In that sense, nothing has changed.
"Conservatism" always had a fascinating overlap in their programs with fascism. Both dislike democracy as one of the biggies.
