Really hard to overemphasize how delightful the Playdate is as a handheld time killer. The perfect way to wait for the DragonCon parade to start. Really nails that game niche that has moved from handheld systems to phones, but phones don’t actually do especially well. And so pleasantly portable.

I’ve had mine since April 2022 and it continues to be one of my favorite gadget purchases (as someone who buys way too many gadgets and game devices).
