I published an email from Annabel Crabb (with her permission), critical of a piece I wrote about Kitchen Cabinet. I think this sort of transparency is useful, and would encourage you to read the whole thing. My response is there too, as is the original article.

@timdunlop most interesting exchange!
@timdunlop Very enlightening Tim, thanks very much for sharing this. I feel the same as you about KC but it is fascinating to hear Crabb's reply. 🙏
@timdunlop along with Scott Morrison, one of two Australians who accepts criticism in theory but never in practice. Annabel Crabb stands ready to take your call at any time 🤣
@timdunlop Interesting exchange. Amusing to see her jump on minor errors of fact then say you have a daughter when in fact you have a son. That gave me a laugh.
@yo_eddy @timdunlop if you met someone at a conference six years ago, and otherwise don't normally interact with them, how much of the conversation would you remember six years later, and how accurate would your recollection be?
@rainynight65 @timdunlop Probably not accurate, so I wouldn’t write about it as though my recollection was rock solid (while taking someone to task about accuracy).
@timdunlop what an utterly brilliant woman. We’re lucky to have her.
@timdunlop what an extraordinary talent she is, and good on you Tim for publishing her response in full. More civil discourse like this would benefit society immensely.
@timdunlop lol you clearly got under her skin jeeeeze – Amy McQuire's piece gets a nice little pat on the head doesnt it "good on her for writing it". Classic Crabb, dishing it out but can't take it.
