No. Elon will allow a few Ads from Democrats to make himself look "fair" but will probably charge them more and will mostly "hide" them.
Ultimately, it's like the Blue Tick. Nobody on the left wants to pay $8 to help Elon's agenda, so they end up being a tool for the far right only.
