@arstechnica Honestly, who wants to work for this moron any more? O.o ...
@arstechnica I'm assuming the only political advertisement people will see on #Twitter will be from #Republicans
@Agent661 @arstechnica
No. Elon will allow a few Ads from Democrats to make himself look "fair" but will probably charge them more and will mostly "hide" them.
Ultimately, it's like the Blue Tick. Nobody on the left wants to pay $8 to help Elon's agenda, so they end up being a tool for the far right only.
@arstechnica Musk will let Nazis buy ads and wave his free speech flag about it.

@arstechnica Even if they do, I wonder which side they're on.

EDIT - by which I mean, are they actively trying to harm people and democracy or not?

@arstechnica “greenlights” or gaslights?
@arstechnica There's no reason to believe anything coming out of "X".
@arstechnica
X, née on the itterTway
@arstechnica Uh-huh. Oh, I bet it will be the best ever.
@arstechnica I can’t imagine why anyone would want to work for a dumpster fire that has laid of 80% of its staff in the last 10 months.
@arstechnica What an omnishambles twitter has become

@arstechnica If a website has such a thing as a birth name, it should surely be the name it had when first launched, which was not “Twitter”.

This should read “née twttr”.

[stands back, awaits grateful thanks for being so helpful]

@arstechnica Nothing he can do will make that platform good again. He’s run it into the ground and somehow made it an unbearable place to spend time. Such a shame.
