🏳️🌈🖖🏽In a sane country, we wouldn’t allow AR-15s in the hands of anyone, let alone a white supremacist with a history of mental issues. And we wouldn’t have to lock down whole school campuses and have students crawl out of windows to save themselves from an active shooter. Other countries have passed laws to prevent this madness. Yet, we allow it regularly to happen.

If I used a literal translation and said "aktiver Schütze", people would understand "somebody who regularly goes to the shooting range and is probably very involved in the shooting club"
