@dancinyogi My ears ring non-stop when my jaw muscles tense up.
@ciscogod Ooh mine too, and then when I relax they make a sort of fizzing noise. I’ve no idea what it all is.
@dancinyogi There isn't an everything option. 😬
@Steve You're the second person who responded with that. Yikes! That's a lot of tension!
@dancinyogi Whats the cure?
@Steve There's the usual stuff - meditation, deep breathing, body scan exercises. That helps, but honestly, I have found that having a good laugh and playing like a kid helps too. I find I'm more stressed when I lose touch with my inner kid!
@dancinyogi I will give it a go. I like the idea of deep breathing. I try almost always to take nasal breaths as I've found it makes breathing more efficient through certain workouts.
@dancinyogi mhh, my shoulder-neck-area can also be tensed in phase of no stress, work is finished, nothing else to do

The entire bunny.

@dancinyogi
Definitely need to be able to do multiple options. It's just the first two for me (just! πŸ™„), but I see there are others who are even more rigid.
@dancinyogi I actually don't know. Is it normal for people to know this, and is it the same every time?
@dancinyogi @Fragglemuppet I’m not sure because when I think of it I feel like my shoulders carry a lot of my stress, but the dentist says I’m grinding my teeth, and I also get leg cramps and now I’m realizing I just didn’t think of those as a possible stress thing πŸ˜…
@dancinyogi The first 3. It depends on the cause of the stress. Family is the stomach, jaw is social situations, and neck/shoulders is work.
@dancinyogi I've tensed up so tight doing intense video game challenges that I've actually hurt my shoulder.
