@Steve There's the usual stuff - meditation, deep breathing, body scan exercises. That helps, but honestly, I have found that having a good laugh and playing like a kid helps too. I find I'm more stressed when I lose touch with my inner kid!
@dancinyogi I will give it a go. I like the idea of deep breathing. I try almost always to take nasal breaths as I've found it makes breathing more efficient through certain workouts.
