To #Flancia and beyond!@Gargron it is! And it's also a good example of a federation historically open to democratic innovations, like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Council_(Switzerland), even as some of its cantons remain notoriously conservative.
Maybe a good example for what the governance of the Fediverse could look like going forward?
GMate8@Gargron it indeed is, but you know what would be more beautiful? If you would finally tell the truth about the stance on Mastodon, Fediverse and Meta. I mean about the meeting. Or at least say, they made you to sign an NDA. You know, a little bit of transparency, just like at the source code. 😀

Penguin@Gargron Indeed. Lived 5 years in Basel in 1980’s, ate often on one of the boats in that photo of Lake Lucerne, sometimes combined with a trip up Pilatus if the weather was good. We were on a job rotation which we extended by many years because we loved living there (and had our first child there too) 🙂
