"The behavior of these public figures makes clear the depth of their arrogance. They act as if the rule of law does not apply to them, that they are above the law, that their treatment is an indignity, an unjust attack, a scandal." https://america.substack.com/p/the-depth-of-arrogance
The Depth of Arrogance

The criminal defendants who still believe they are above the law

America, America
@StevenBeschloss Virtually the entire Republican acts this way. Look at the debate. DeSantis wants to invade Mexico. Ramasawarmy wants Russia to take whatever it wants. Scott and Pence were busy preaching the gospel instead of policies and Haley wants us to believe she’s the sane one! In the meantime, all but one said they would support a convicted felon who conspired to override election results. #AndTheAudienceApproved 🤦‍♂️

Still though, the GOP seems to be making progress, like an arsonist does when they obtains more volatile ingredients.

In 2016, there were a few serious GOP presidential candidates, though they quickly sank to the bottom of the polls as the media deprived them of any air time. This time around, as of now, there are no serious GOP candidates. So that's progress, in a reverse way.
