@chrisnelder @TransitionShow What a great episode. Having built and lived for a decade plus in #Nagano’s first #passivhaus with plenty of solar power generation, Lorenzo’s whole vision of rebuilding the grid with a local focus just makes so much more sense than the current market paradigm. I want to propose the creation of a local municipal owned power utility for our town here in Japan based on Lorenzo’s model now.
