Yeah hi. I'm buying sand. All the bike racks are right round the back of Homebase, past bollards which specifically block a trolley going through them. I did also have a child with me, and yet I still felt a bit guilty about "blocking" a parking space... #BikeTooter

@oddtypeofdragon unless the space is marked for an enforceable purpose (special permits), I'm pretty sure any other tagging is suggestion, rather than assertion.

Anyway, you left plenty of room for a bike with a parent and a kid.
