The man who called to execute 5 innocent Black & Latino kids is now himself indicted, arrested, and disgraced—while the kids he tried to condemn are instead exonerated, respected, and embraced.

Just wanted to put that in writing.

@QasimRashid I love this very fine point you’ve made.
Thank you!
@QasimRashid I have never understood why the Central Park 5 case didn’t doom him. Why did it never catch on? Dems’ fault or just part of the current right wing pathology? It was soooo awful what Trump did.
@QasimRashid An appropriate instance of schadenfreude
@QasimRashid
If they issue him a prison jumpsuit, it should be noted that he is only 215 lbs. He should slip right into a smaller size.
@QasimRashid just refer to him as inmate PO1135809 from now on

@QasimRashid

Difference being those five young men were innocent.

@QasimRashid what's the most sickening part is that he's the preferred choice among Republicans, and SIX of their candidates would pardon him
Trump’s Arrest in Georgia Shows a Two-Tier Justice System

LaShawn Thompson and Donald J. Trump were both booked at the Fulton County Jail—but their experiences of the criminal justice system couldn’t have been more different.
