At this point, I've been running an annealed PLA-CF fan shroud on my KP3S Pro V2 for a week, including a 12-hour and a 10-hour print. Literally not a single trace of deformation anywhere, even on the parts near the hotend. Some screw loosening did happen, but we're talking something like an eighth of a turn.

I'm gonna call _that_ experiment a success.
